Special Paste funcionality is lost

My Access 2000 app has a "Bound object Frame" that accepts wmf files (copied
from the clipboard). When this application ran on Windows Server 2000 the
Edit > Special Paste feature had a list of file types to choose from. Now
that I'm running Win 2003 Server I can only choose "Package" (the only
choice) in the list. How can I get my other file type options back?
Especially my .wmf type
