Special paste

I am running Word 2002 as part of Office XP. I want apply a keystroke to
Special Paste rather than it being on the drop down menu. How do I do it
please. Also is it to select a specific format say "unformatted text" within
that keystroke?.

One way would be to create or record a macro that clicks on Edit | Paste
Special | Paste: As: Unformatted text | OK, and assign a keyboard
shortcut to the macro.
