Special Permissions Question

J

joesf16

My question is regarding excel. I would ask it in the application specific
discussion group but when I click on it nothing happens.

I want to be able to put special permissions on an excel 2003 file. I want
people to be able to add data, but I don't want them to be able to change any
data they have entered even if it is in error.

If you don't know the answer maybe you can direct me to the correct group.

There are a number of Excel newsgroups. I'm not sure what newsgroup reader you're using, but all the Excel groups in the
MSDN managed newsgroup start with

microsoft.public.excel
