Special Project Hours

In general, I have my resources set up to work 8 hour weekdays. I have a
special project where my resources will work 11 hour days and include
Saturdays. Is there a way to reflect this in MS Project 2007?

I appreciate any input.

Hello Barb,

Yes, you can modify the calendar in Project 2007 to reflect the 11
hour days and set Saturdays as working times. See FAQ 5 at
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm to get you going. Make sure you
change not only the project calendar but the definition of Days and
Weeks as well on Tools > Options, Calendar tab.
