Special Resource Calendar

I have a need to allow certain PM's to modify special resource calendars for
the projects/resource they manage. I am not going to use enterprise resource
managers at this time. What I want to do is give specific individuals rights
to edit/update specific calendars. I have created the calendar. However, I
still need to update vacation times on this calendar. I want to give this
function to one PM for this one calendar...Any suggestions...?

Resource Calendars are individual to the resource, so the way to control
access is to control access to the resources. Know this, once you give
someone access to update resource calendars, they can do this for any
resource that they have access to. So, this may or may not completely
satisfy your requirements.

You can't restrict access to specific calendars outside of resource
calendars, where access to the resource is the point of control.
