Specification Name/option

Hello,

I have Access 97 and need to change the formats of an import specification.
How can I change and how do I develop a new format.

Also is there an easy way to import excel spreadsheets into the database
using Macro's?

I don't have Access 97, but based on later versions, the easiest way to
change an existing specification is to start an import process manually, go
to Advanced window, select the desired specification, make the changes, and
save it over top of the existing specification.

You can use the TransferSpreadsheet action in a macro to import an EXCEL
worksheet.
