Specifiying a zone to OCR in Office Document Imaging

I would like to identify a specific zone to OCR within Office Document
Imaging. I have looked through the Document Imaging Object Model online and
cannot locate a method to invoke or proerties to set to accomplish this. Has
anyone had any experience with this?
