Specify text direction of a style

I review documents whose comment style is RTL text direction, causing me
great consternation when I comment. How do I change the paragraph style to
LTR?

Sounds like the user who wrote the comments might have some kind of RTL
language active on their installation. First, check the language formatting of
the "Comment" style and make sure it's not RTL. Then try selecting a comment
and pressing Ctrl+Spacebar to remove any direct formatting. You can also try
selecting, then Tools/Language/Set language and choosing a non-RTL language.
