Specifying color of the link when I insert html to open a new wind

Using Publisher 07 to create a website, I inserted html to create a text link
to open a new window for the external site linked. But the link text is in a
color that doesn't look good on the page. Can the color be specified? How?

Find out what what scheme you are using and use the same colors in a custom
format and change the hyperlink colors
