I have a new installation of Outlook 2003 on my laptop (running XP Pro)
when I open OutlookI get a message that says "Microsoft Office Outlook can't
load Speech Recognition files. The feature is currently not installed. Would
you like to install it now?" I answer "no" but it keeps coming up everytime I
open the program. Can I get rid or it?
Also when I click "new" (to send a message) I get an error message:
"Installation error:file not found
a required installation file SKU011.cab could not be found.
I put the Office Cd into the drive as requested and nothing happens except
teh Office cd opens to its directory. Am I supposed to choose one of the
files then?
If I just hit cancel the new message opens.
Any thoughts?
