Speech recognition files won't load.

I am continualy getting the error "Microsoft Visio can't load Speech Recognition files. Microsoft Visio cannot install the necessary files due to Windows Installer Error 1605." What's this all about - I'm using WindowsXP for TabletPCs! Voice recognition is installed nd enabled

Anyone care to take a guess
