speech recognition problem

I am having a problem with using the speech recognition feature.
The feature is installed but I get a "The Voice Training Wizard failed to
initialize" message when I try to start the journey in speech recognition.

Something seems to be missing and there is no instructions on how to
uninstall/repair the speech recognition software..

HELP!!!!
