speech recognition

has anyone had satisifactory results using the speech
reconition facilities in office xp? i am interested in
dictating into ms word. i am wondering how the ms speech
recognition capabilities and performances compare to other
solutions such as naturallyspeaking and viavoice. any
success stories? thanks in advance.

I have achieved about 95% accuracy using speech recognition. I spent a lot
of time training the software before actually using it and it improved the
accuracy. You should try to use a high quality microphone and have no
background while training the software to achieve the best recognition
possible.

Use Both but I used Speech Recognition primarily with XP
