Speech Rocgnition Problems

Ok. I had speech recognition and it worked perfect. That was ok until I
changed the language from English (US) to English (UK).
Then voice recognition stopped working. Then language toolbar (on the
taskbar) decided to remove itself ad I cant get it back. The "Speech" option,
in tools, decided to remove itself from MS Frontpage 2003 (the program I
changed the language with).
In all of my other MS Office 2003 programs, it says "Speech" in the tools
menu but when I click on Speech nothing happens.
Later on I realised that voice recognition doesnt support English (UK)
So now, unfortunately, Im left with no speech recognition that works. :(

Somebody please help me

Control Panel, Regional and Language, Languages, Details, and now you
can straighten it out.
