Speech toolbar after Office XP install

Hi ... After doing an install from my admin share point I
noticed everything was fine (my settings etc) but the one
thing i didn't want was that pain in the &*^ floating
speech toolbar. Its the one with "Microphone, tools,"
etc on it....now what i'm wondeing is what in the CIW can
i change to get rid of it..or hide it....if not the CIW
then an ini perhaps....anyone?

that worked great...but actually i wanted to know how to
do that in the setting up process (MST build)...so via
one of the customization wizards like the CIW or the ini
editor.
