Can someone recommend a good mic for the voice recognition feature in office
2003 pro.

You can look on any site that sells microphones but the best advice I have
been given is to use a headset with close-talking mic input.

I would have to agree I would think that any basic mic headset would work. I'm
currently using one that came with my voice recognition program and it works
just fine even though I have had it for a few years.
