Speed up presentation

Hi is there a way to speed up a powerpoint presentation without having to
set the speed in the individual custon animations

Skip, yes. Fast forward, no.
If your animations are straightforward, hold down shift key and select the
first then followed by the last animation. This allows you to select all the
added effects on a particular slide. Then, amend the speed accordingly.
