Spell check failure

Despite my german version of WORD 2004 on my iBook G3 the MS Word is
not able to make the spell check in *( Swiss/German. It worked ok in the
Word for X.
Comparing the language files does not help, because *( it is somewhere
hidden in the programm.
Can BG help, instead of financing the Bush Campaign again?
