You don't have to do anything special. If field results are displayed, those
results are checked along with all other text. However, any corrections you
make will be lost when you re-update the field. If you're doing this from
VBA you can check whether the range that the spell-checker has found is a
field result and update the underlying DocVariable value as necessary.
