FP2003 on my machine does not have spell check feature working. Is there a
way to get it to work? I have Office 2007 and Vista.

FP relies on the Spell checker in Office (Word)
- in you case the spell checker from Office 2007
Did you Install FP 2003 before you installed Office 2007?

I have the same configuration (FP 2003 & Office 2007 on Win XPPro) ad spell check works fine

FP2003 was installed after Office 2007. It is a new computer with Vista.
How can I have FP2003 use the spell check that is in Office (Word) 2007?

You should always do office related programs installs in build sequence
- repair / reinstall O2007
