Spell Check is Intermittent

David

The title says it all. Sometimes it works but frequently it finds no errors
whatsoever in a document full of them or finds some errors but not others.
Sometimes if I switch to plain text formatting it seems to fix the problem.
Sometimes it works with HTML, sometimes not.

I am using Outlook 2003 on XP. Previously exactly the same thing happened
on 2000. I am not sure, but think this may have happened when i switched to
Outlook 2003 (it worked find in Outlook 2000). The rest of my office suite
is 2000, Not 2003 in case that is relevant.

Any advice? This is driving me nuts and wasting huge amounts of my time.
I constantly have to copy and paste to word to do spell check.

Thanks a lot

Office/Outlook versions must match for any number of features to work, spellcheck being among them.
