Spell check/language error Word 2002

V

Vbrink

I use a mail merge letterhead document which has been saved as a macro so that I can access the letterhead from my toolbar.

When I merge the letterhead, certain areas of the merged document have not been spell checked and the the language function has the box checked "Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar". I can't seem to make a universal change to the letterhead document that will keep the spell check/language function for the entire document.

Any hints? Thanks

Select all the text and then uncheck the checkbox. You may need to select
headers/footers separately or edit the language parameter of those text
styles.
