Spell Check Language.

Just installed Office2007 and discovered that the spellchecker in Outlook
Express 6 is set to French (France).
I clicked onto 'Edit custom dictionary' button but it doesn't provide any
other language options; Instead a prompt appears "Changes you make to the
dictionary may not appear until the next time you check spelling." When
pressing OK a blank Notepad sheet pos-up titled 'custom.dic'.

I kindly request assistance to change the language of my spellchecker from
French to English.
