Spell Check Question

I have a word document that we have created as a form. The fields are
locked and you can type in them. This form has two pages and we use
it as an employee evaluation form. This form can be on our server or
on a supervisor's pc. Our problem is that when we try to use the
spell check. We have found that it does not work. Also our tech guy
has created a macro for spell check and it works. Our problem starts
when we e-mail the form our copy it from the server the spell check
function goes away.

Any ideas on how we can fix this?

Hi - I think it may depend on where the spellcheck function sits. If
the vba code sits inside the document then it should go with the
document wherever it goes. If the document is based on a template and
the code sits inside the template, the code will only work if the
template is available and the document is attached to it. Likewise, if
the code sits inside your Normal.dot it is only available to you and
no-one else.
