Spell Check

I use Ofc 2000. I am not capable of recognizing spelling differences like
sing and sign and other pairs/pears like this. Unfortunately, spell check
ignores correctly spelled words. Is there a way I (someone) can remove these
words from spellcheck so I get challenged each time I use one of them?
