Why does Word consistently suggest the word "advice" in place of the word
"advise"?

Advice in American English is a noun.

Advise in American English is a verb. When I write "please advise," and
have spell check on for immediate suggestions, I always get an underline
under the word "advise" even though I am using it correctly. This has
occurred over several versions of Word. One would think that MS would have
corrected it by now.
