Spell Check

Up unit yesterday I was able to type a work not in the dictionary and
click on Learn Word or ADD to add my word to the dictionary. I can no
longer do that. ADD is grayed out and the Learn Word no longer
appears. I have looked at the preferences and the boxes seem to be
properly checked or unckecked. Can you advise what action I should
take or give me the name and/or telephone number of tech support for
this issue?

Locate the dictionary in the Finder and drag it to the icon of Word in
the Dock. Make a midification (anything) in the file, save, then
relaunch Wword. Hopefully this will have corrected a potential
corruption in the dictionary,
