Hi, I am on Word 2003. This happens on my documents from time to time. I work
on large documents and run spell checker (say every other day) on the same
document. On the 3rd day of spell checking, I notice that word ignores those
sentences that have extra spaces in between words, etc.? It catches the
first time around, but then it avoids them.
I have tried the Recheck Feature in Tools/Options/Spelling & Grammar,
however, it just seems to avoid certain instances.
p.s. - I also have set up to have once space after each sentence - vs. two
spaces (like the old days), those instances get ignored as well. Thanks.
