Hi,
I'm running Windows XP
Recently I realized that my Spell Check in Word 2000 was no longe
functioning although it had been fine for years in English (UK).
When I opened up Tools - Language - and checked, it was set for Welsh.
I reset it as default English (UK) but it immediately reverted to Wels
and has steadfastly refused to change.
I've read in other threads that one should go into Registry and do X,
and Z but I cannot find some of these references presumably because
have Office/Word 2000 and not a later version.
Any help would be most gratefully received.
Incidentally I can get round the problem to some extent when using Wor
by selecting all the text I've typed and then going into Tools, Languag
and setting English. It will then check the document properly but once
close that document I'm back to Welsh and the whole farce starts again.
Help, please.
