Spell checker

Using Office templete, Letterhead.

When I try to do spell and grammar checking it get his
answer

The spelling and grammar check is compete

Text marked with " Do not check spelling or grammar was
skipped.
Anyone have a solution?

This usually happens when someone creates a new Style and does not set the
language for spell checking. Click on a known misspelled word to see what
the "Style" is in the Style dropdown box on the Formatting toolbar. Click
"Format", "Styles" (or "Styles and Formatting" in XP) and modify the Style
by setting the language to "English - US" or whatever language you use.
Click the "Add to template" option once selected so it will update your
template. Repeat these steps for every Style used in your template that
doesn't have a language set for it.

You can see this in the formatting list of the Style just above the "Add to
template" check box.
