Spell checking a form

In Notes for checking spelling in a form,it says,
When designing a form, you can specify where in the form
users are allowed to check their spelling. I can't find
instructions on this. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

Because forms are locked when in use, normal spell
checking options are disabled.
