Spell Scottish names

How do I spell Scottish names so that the little "c" is at the upper level
rather than at the lower level? Thanks.

Select the "c" and press Ctrl+Shift+= (the shortcut for superscript
formatting) or go to Format > Font and check the Superscript box.

That will raise the "c" so its top lines up with the top of caps, but will
also make the c smaller than other lower-case letters.
Alternative: Select the c, and Format, Font, Character Spacing Tab, Position
Raised, play with the point measurement until it looks right. 2.5pts is just
about right for a 12 pt. font.
