Spellcheck can't ignore any more words

Whenever I do a first-time spellcheck in ppt, if I choose "ignore all" more
than about ten times, it tells me "You can't ignore anymore words". I don't
want to add these words, I just want to ignore all as many times as I wish.
Once this message comes up, I have to hit ignore because ignore all is
grayed-out. At that point I usually start adding the words because I don't
feel like hitting ignore 20 times. But I really don't want these words
(mostly last names of people) in my dictionary. Can I over ride this somehow?
