Spellcheck changes from UK to US

Hi all

The spellcheck on my Outlook (2003) is defaulted to UK, however, for some
reason when I send e-mails, it some times changes to US in the spellcheck
dialog box but when I go into the settings via Tools, Options, it does say
UK???

Any idea what's going on?

Hi Louise,
If Word is your E-mail editor
Open Word
Tools
Language
Set language
Select English UK
and click "Default"
