I have used this code *forever* in my protected documents without
fail.
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/SpellcheckProtectDoc.htm
As my company moves to Word 2007, I do expect hiccups. A customer is
using the SpellCheck code to check a protected document - that worked
perfectly in previous Word versions - and getting the following error
message:
Run-time error '5485'
The password is incorrect.
I've checked - the password is correct. I've tried to duplicate the
error and am unable to. The macro button sits on a previously made
toolbar which is now in the Add-Ins ribbon.
Ideas? Thanks.
