Spellcheck is selectively checking - Word 2007

I have a document of about 30 pages in length. Spellcheck seems to ignore
certain areas of the document. the same word can be mis-spelled multiple
times but it only marks it as mis-spelled in certain sections.

When I manually run spell check it will ignore the mis-spelled word it has
not underlined but find the one it has underlined.

Any thoughts?

I found the solution. In the 'Review' tab under 'Set Language' certain areas
of the document had 'Do not check spelling or grammer' enabled. Other areas
of the document did not.

I simply selected all and unchecked it for the entire docuemnt.
