spellchecker

I have MS Office and only use Excel and Word. Doing a custom
install and installing only these 2 items I don't get the spell
checker. I can get it, if I do a full install of all the other
programs I don't want. What do I have to do in order to only get
the spell checker, word, and Excel?

Hi Bob,

I use Office 2003.

This may be a stretch, but what if you were to install the entire
Office suite, ensured that each feature of each program (Word and
Excel) worked okay, and then unistalled the other unwanted programs
individually through the add/remove program feature in control panel?

Just a thought.
