Speller for Office 2000 Premium

Is it possible for other components of Office 2000 Premium i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Frontpage to have the languages installed with MS Ofice Proofing Tools 2000 for spelling checks as in Word.
Apparently al I get now is English and I do not get a choice of languages.
I have installed and enabled Greek and English with MS Proofing Tools.
Another strange thing when carrying a speller check in Word is that the English langauge dictionary is (US) instead of (UK) despite the setting above.

Any ideas?
