spelling and grammar in other languages

Does anybody knows if word for Mac 2004 has spelling and grammar for
other languages besides English?, Thank you!

Sure!
Office 2004 for Mac has spelling and grammar checkers for many other
languages. If you go to Mac HD/Applications/Office 2004/Shared
Applications/Proofing Tools. It will show you what proofing tools in
which languages are available.

I have a trial mode installed in my computer I went to the proofing
tools of it and it just have for English, I suspect that it is because
is the trial of mac office 2004 and I still have some days of it left.
I guess the normal package as you said includes more languages. I was
asking this precisely because I am planning to buy it.

Well, notice the limitations on that list I linked (e.g., spelling but not
grammar), and no one's promising those all work, that is just a totally
unofficial list of what's on *my* hard drive.

You might want to google this newsgroup or the web re Word 2004 and the
languages that particularly interest you. There was a Spanish custom
dictionary bug that the 11.2 update fixed, I haven't heard of other
language-specific issues.

The trial is limited in certain ways so having only English proofing tools
would make sense. However, all retail versions--Office 2004, Office 2004
Pro, Office 2004 Student/Teacher, and non-retail academic versions--ought to
have all the same languages, far as I know.
