When using Word as an email editor, the signature automatically has the
language setting checked for "Do not check spelling or grammar". Can this be
changed? I am well versed in registry editing if needed.
I have a colleague who includes her greeting in the signature. This causes
everything typed to be ignored by the spell checker because it is inside the
signature. She insists she should not need to change the language setting
every time she types another email. I Agree with her desire and the theory
that this should be simple, however the only way I’ve found to avoid that is
to use Outlook as her email editor.
