spelling and grammar

ldooley

Some parts of my document have been marked "do not
check". I am not sure how this happended. The spelling
and grammar check skips these parts.
How do I change to assure that the entire document is
checked.

ldooly,

Try CTRL+a to select all then Tools>Language>Set Language
and uncheck do not check spelling or grammar.

We've seen this happen at my firm. The only way we can
get the "do not check" to go away is to copy the entire
document minus the last paragraph mark into a new document
making sure the "Do not check spelling or grammar"
and "Detect language automatically" are not checked in the
new document.

This seems rather extreme given that the method Greg describes will work
just as well.
