Spelling and Grammar

I loaded Word on a new computer, but no Spelling and Grammar. The Spelling
and Grammar tab in the Options menu is ghosted. Any suggestions to get this
installed?

I think you are using Windows? Sorry, you’ve landed in a MacWord group
(not your fault, one of the web interfaces is *very* badly designed).
You might get an answer from the people here who use both Windows and
Mac, but you should try asking your question on the general Word
newsgroups. Start here:

I hope I can Help the only thing i can think of is that the option for using
spelling and grammar has been check as "Do Not check spelling and grammar".
Try this, Select the text, and choose Tools - Language - Set Language. Remove
the check next to "Do not check spelling or grammar". You can also get to
this dialog by double-clicking the language indicator in Word's status bar.
