Hello,

When I open a new document the red lines under wrong spelled words don't appear.
The language doesn't make any difference in working or not, but I want it to work with the Dutch proofing tool.
I already tried several workarounds (in the search and replace, language setting in international preferences, select all en recheck, etc.), but want a good fix no workarounds, cause I don't pay top dollar for workarounds. I expect this inconveniences from illegal downloads not from versions from over 300 dollar.
Can someone help me. My current version is 12.1.5.

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. However I was already aware of those links and they didn't help me, except for a few workarounds which helps to solve the problem in individual documents. But I want something so that when I open a new document that I don't have to check all my settings to be correct.
I don't know if something like that is already available?

Thanks.

Yeah - it's called the Normal.dotm template :) [Or whatever template the
new file is based on.]

Has the Language formatting in your Normal.dotm or styles perhaps been
altered in some way? Try replacing the Normal.dotm as described here & see
if it makes a difference when the new one is generated:
