Spelling Checker plug-in for Microsoft Word

I have an English version of Office 2003. And because I am Norwegian I would
like to have Norwegian spelling checker. But I haven’t managed to find that
on the Microsoft webpage. Since the Norwegian version of Office 2003 contains
a Norwegian spelling checker, it wouldn’t be too hard to make a plug-in for
the English version with a Norwegian spelling checker. And the same should be
done with all the languages Microsoft deliver Office in.

If it already exists, I would like to know where to find it.
