Spelling Context Menu

I am a bad speller. Shen the spell checker underlines a word, It becomes
frustrating to keep moving the mouse to the correct word. By positioning the
context menu, so the most likely word is in line with the suspect word, under
the mouse pointer, much time could be saved.
