Spelling & Grammar tab doesn't work

I am using Word 2000, and I don't know why the Spelling and Grammer check no
longer works. Then I go to Tools menu, click Options, and I couldn't even
click the Spelling & Grammar tab. But other tabs are working fine. Any
ideas?? Please advice!

I just tried the method in the following link, and it still not working. The
Spelling & Grammar tab is just disabled in Tools | Options in menu bar.

u still have any ideas?
