Spelling Halted

All outgoing messages get a warning that the spell check
was halted and to send you must bypass the spelling
check. I would like to use spell check.

Please help if you know solution.

In Outlook Express, Did it ever work on this computer?
What operating system?
Is the file CSAPI3T1.DLL on your computer?
