I am creating a list for my boss for passwords for
companies in a word document. One company is CNA.
When I tab over it changes to CAN. It doesnt happen with
FNA,GNA DNA..Why CNA? Thanks

It has been configured as an autocorrect entry. Either press CTRL+Z
(immediately after the 'correction') to restore the uncorrected entry, or
remove 'cna' from the list of corrections.

Tools > autocorrect > run down the list to find cna. Select it and click the
delete button.

Evidently Bill Gates is not aware of a company named
CNA. cna is an auto correct to can. This can be easily
deleted to solve your problem. Go to Tools, Auto-
Correct, scroll down the list and highlight cna and then
click on delete. This will solve the problem. You can
also easily add words to this list if you make the same
typo all the time.
