Spellingcheck OL2002-SP2

I am having trouble with my spellingchecker in OL2002-SP2.

In my normal text-mail (Dutch Language) it keeps suggesting words with a
capital.

In the knowledge base there is an article that is based on HTML-mail and
since I have SP2 this should be corrected.

Has anyone an idea?

Can anybody tell me if this bug should be repaired in office SP2?
