Spinning Wheel

Have been using Entourage without incident for 2 years. Now everytime
I open I have the color spinning wheel that prevents new email
downloads and does not allow me to access any functions. Have to force
quite program. I've re-started countless times with no effect. Each
time I re-open there it is the same spiining wheel! Suggestions?

Hold the Shift key down when starting Entourage. This will disable any
schedules that run at startup. Most likely it's a message that causing the
problem. You might need to access your mail via your browser to delete the
offending message.

Another cause of Entourage crashing is corrupt fonts. Helvetica Fractions in
particular is known to cause problems, as is Times Phonetic. Don't just
disable these fonts in Font Book, but physically remove them from your
system and try your application again.
